Sergio is a computer engineer who graduated from PUC-RJ. Throughout his career, he has held various positions at companies such as Ipiranga, Atlantic, and Banco Pactual. Notably, Sergio served as the CFO of Grupo Globo, where he also oversaw the investment committee. Under his coordination, Globo Ventures was created, and their portfolio included early investments in companies like Rappi, Hash, IDWall, Buser, Bom Pra Credito, ZAP, Ingresse, and more.
Sergio played a leading role in the merger process between ZAP Imoveis and Viva Real in 2018, which eventually led to the sale of the merged entity to OLX in 2020. Additionally, Sergio served as a board member for several companies, including NET, ZAP, Orama, Ton (a joint venture with Stone), Enjoei, Cuidai, Ingresse, Buser, and Bom Pra Credito.
In total, Sergio managed a portfolio of liquid and illiquid assets worth US$3 billion. This portfolio also included investments in 13 private companies with market values ranging from US$15 million to US$6 billion.

Andrea has a diverse educational background combining design and business management. She started her career as a designer and shortly after transitioned to the financial markets, where she has made contributions for almost 30 years.
Her career has spanned various roles, initially gaining experience in offshore funds, private banking and wealth management at BTG Pactual and Banco Icatu.
Afterward she ventured for nearly two decades as a founding partner of two independent asset management firms in Brazil, Direcional and Paineiras, were she focused on investor relations, product development and compliance.

Isabela graduated from FGV EAESP and studied briefly at Columbia University and LSE. She started her entrepreneurial journey in retail and real estate, connecting online retailers with vacant spaces in São Paulo. Her business thrived, serving over 600 recurring retailers and partnering with Rappi and Stone. Sadly, it had to close due to a fire.
Isabela then went to Israel to connect with local venture capital funds and startups. She later returned to São Paulo and successfully launched WeWork Labs in Brazil, expanding to Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte. Labs Brazil became the most profitable in Latin America.
Afterward, Isabela joined Fliper, an early-stage startup acquired by XP Inc. She worked on project management, launching IM+, a product resulting from the merger with InfoMoney, a leading investment media company in Brazil.
